16. July 2009 - All contestants are advised to report to the stage manager half an hour before the scheduled time of their respective events. Time schedule will be strictly followed.

15. July 2009 - All contestants are kindly requested to bring xerox copies of the certificates showing the date of birth, eligibility, etc. They are requested to register their name well ahead of the scheduled time.
